The badge on each line is that component's markup — red under 6x, amber 6–10x, green over 10x — with its material cost beside the description. The total line carries the whole build's markup and margin in dollars.

Adhesive is billed on the print area, never the panel — it only exists between the print and its backing. The panel size field lets the substrate run larger than the print; the ACM, foam, gator or plexi line then bills on the panel while ink, paper, laminate and adhesive bill on the print.

Weighted by what you actually sold — trailing twelve months — invoiced orders only, 1 Aug 2025 to 31 Jul 2026, queried from the migrated Simply Orders history. Cancelled and open orders are excluded; counting them made earlier revisions of this tool about 40% too high. In Simply Orders a build is not a product, so this is assembled from the line codes an order actually carries. Ink is the largest single code, and ACM is second. Edit the proposed column, then either keep modelling or promote it. Promoting moves proposed into current and files the old current as a dated version you can still compare against.
